Your clear analysis of the situation makes it impossible to ignore the pervasive similarities between Islamo fascism and Christo fascism. They are practically identical including following a false prophet hell-bent on promoting a mystique to aggrandize himself , misogyny, intolerance of those who are different. Not Christ-like at all.

Google tells us your quote is found in Sinclair Lewis dystopian novel of 1935 "It can't happen here". I think I'll read it.

Or Ethno-Hinduism officially pursued in India; or ethno-buddhism in Myanmar. Authoritarian political leaders will use every instrument incl using 'the sacred' to justify their illegal behaviour.

Do you have any suggestions for books to read on those topics? I'd love to read up on them. I found Nabeel Qureshi gave me everything I needed on Christianity vs. Islam, and I'd love to bring myself up to speed on the equivalent in relation to Hinduism and Buddhism. Until then, Eduardo is my trusted source, as always!!!
