The Costanza strategy, properly executed would mean a return to the politics of pragmatism and common sense that is so attractive to the majority of Canadians!

What a great script! Any concrete suggestions as to what he should apologize for and what he should introduce?

He does not need to apologize, he needs to act. Get rid of incompetent and corrupt ministers, get rid of the PMO and let the civil service PCO operate, alowing ministers to run their own departments and using cabinet meetings to establish and disseminate policy, neutralize the leftist fringes of the party and move back to the center, replace wokism with common sense, and establish respect for Canadian values aroung which the majority can rally and those who don't agree can simply leave Canada and move to countries more in keeping with theiraspirations. Does this sound like a start?

Well, taking full responsibility for something that's wrong would entail apologizing in my books. I spent 10 years in a central agency in the federal government. I didn't see much difference between the players in the different offices. It's always seemed to be about information and votes, with bureaucrats anticipating what the politicians would approve. But if we're "what iffing" an ideal world, what do you see as commendable in PP's policies?
